Interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit a refundable earnest money deposit of 10 percent of their bid amount in the form of a pay order or bank draft. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full amount within 10 days of the auction result announcement. Cutting and removal of the auctioned material must be completed within 30 days of payment confirmation. Eligibility is open to all Pakistani individuals and firms with valid CNIC.
