AUCTION: Outsourcing of Cafe Captain's Corner at Maryam Nawaz Sports Arena Sahiwal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Horticulture Agency Sahiwal is offering an open auction for the outsourcing of the Café known as 'Captain's Corner' located at Maryam Nawaz Sports Arena, Nawaz Sharif Park, Sahiwal. The lease is for a period of twelve (12) months with the possibility of extension for another 12 months by mutual agreement. The annual reserve price for the rent is set at Rs. 600,000/- (Rupees Six Hundred Thousand only), and bidding will start from this reserve price with no bids accepted below it. Items being auctioned: - Café at Maryam Nawaz Sports Arena, Sahiwal, trading under the name 'Captain's Corner' The contract period is 12 months from the signing date, extendable by up to a further 12 months subject to a 10% annual increase in rent and satisfactory performance. Bid security amounting to Rs. 60,000/- (10% of the annual reserve price) must be deposited before the auction in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favor of the Director (Admin & Finance), PHA Sahiwal. Cash or cheque payments are not accepted. Security of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after the auction. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the total contract amount along with the first advance rent installment before taking possession and must execute the contract agreement within three (03) working days. Remaining payments are due monthly by the 5th of each month. Eligibility is limited to open to established café/food-service businesses operating within Sahiwal District that meet prescribed eligibility and documentary requirements. Bids without required documents will be rejected. The auction will be held on 29th September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Office of the Horticulture Agency, Sahiwal. A re-auction will be held on 3rd October 2026 at the same time and venue if the initial auction is unsuccessful.
