District Health Officer Swabi is conducting an open auction for the demolition rights of the old government hospital building at Anzar Pura (BHU), Swabi. All interested bidders must submit a call deposit (refundable) of PKR 50,000 along with a copy of their CNIC before the auction begins. The successful bidder is required to deposit 30% of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining amount payable within three days. If the successful bidder fails to comply, the call deposit will be forfeited and the auction will be re-conducted. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders must ensure they are present at the auction venue on time and bring all necessary documents.
