Auction of Various Old and Unserviceable Machineries and Scrap Items in Quetta

The Civil Works and Mechanical Workshop Department of the Government of Balochistan in Quetta is conducting a public auction for various old and unserviceable machineries and scrap items. This auction includes a wide range of equipment such as motor graders, dump trucks, paver machines, road rollers, loaders, sprayers, and other heavy machinery from different makes and models, including international brands from Poland, Germany, Japan, China, and the USA. The auction is scheduled for 17th June 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer E&M Workshop located at Bhosa Mandi Eastern Bypass Quetta. Interested bidders must register at the Executive Engineer E&M Workshop office before the auction date by submitting their original CNIC and the original green challan of the registration fee of PKR 1000, which is non-refundable. The auction will be conducted under the supervision of a committee constituted by the department, following prescribed rules and regulations. The successful bidder is required to deposit 10% of the bid amount immediately within 3 days after the auction as earnest money, failing which the bid will be cancelled and the security deposit forfeited. The remaining amount must be paid within 10 days, or the deposited amount will be confiscated. Bidders should have experience in handling heavy machinery auctions and must ensure compliance with all legal formalities including transfer, registration, and taxes. The department will not be responsible for any defect or condition of the auctioned items after purchase. Participants must bring their original CNIC at the time of auction for verification. A practical tip for bidders is to thoroughly inspect the machinery and scrap items during the inspection dates from 8th to 10th June at 12:00 PM at the auction venue.
