Auction of Old and Unserviceable Vehicles by Education Department Balochistan Quetta

The Education Department Government of Balochistan Quetta invites interested bidders for the auction of old and unserviceable vehicles. The auction is organized by the Director of Education (Schools) Balochistan and will be held at the office of the Director of Education (Schools) Quetta. The vehicles include various models of Suzuki Vans, Land Cruisers, Mazda Trucks, Toyota Pickups, Yamaha Motorcycles, Suzuki Jeeps, and other assorted vehicles from different districts including Quetta, Jaffarabad, Kachhi, Lasbela, Mastung, and others. The auction is on a same as exist basis and the bid forms can be obtained from the Accounts Branch (Auction Cell) of the Director of Education (Schools) after payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000 per vehicle. A security deposit of 10% of the bid value must be submitted via bank challan from National Bank of Pakistan. The successful bidder must deposit the full amount within 15 days of acceptance and is responsible for all taxes and transfer charges. The vehicles will be sold as is and the department will not be responsible for lifting or transportation. Eligibility requires bidders to submit a copy of their CNIC and be prepared to pay earnest money and security deposits as per terms. The auction date is fixed for 27th May 2023 at 12:00 PM with bid submission deadline on 25th May 2023 at 12:00 PM. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reason. Bidders are advised to inspect vehicles during office hours before bidding and ensure all documentation is complete.
