Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is conducting an open cry auction for disposal of vehicles on an "As Is, Where Is" basis at their office in Lahore. Interested individuals and firms are invited to participate in this auction under the terms and conditions specified by PMDFC.
Items being auctioned:
- SUZUKI KHYBER (Model 1999, Qty 01, Reserve Price PKR 250,000)
- TOYOTA COROLLA 2D Saloon (Converted to Petrol) (Model 2005, Qty 01, Reserve Price PKR 1,450,000)
- TOYOTA HACE Van (Model 2005, Qty 01, Reserve Price PKR 2,400,000)
- SUZUKI APV Van (Model 2005, Qty 01, Reserve Price PKR 1,500,000)
The auction will be held on 19th October 2026 at 01:00 PM at PMDFC Office, House No. 184, Scotch Corner, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore. Bidders may inspect the vehicles during office hours prior to the auction. Each vehicle will be auctioned separately with bidding conducted independently.
To participate, bidders must deposit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 3% of the reserve price in favor of PMDFC. The successful bidder must pay one-third of the accepted auction price immediately after the auction and the remaining two-thirds within 15 days. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposited amount. All applicable taxes, duties, and charges are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
PMDFC disclaims responsibility for any defects or repairs after the auction. Ownership transfer and related formalities will be completed after full payment. The highest bid is subject to approval by the Competent Authority.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and inspect vehicles before bidding. This auction offers a valuable opportunity to acquire vehicles at competitive prices. Ensure timely submission of required documents and earnest money to avoid disqualification.
