AUCTION: Vehicles Auction by Finance Department Government of Balochistan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Finance Department Government of Balochistan is offering an auction of three vehicles on an "As is where is basis" located at the Balochistan Civil Secretariat parking area in Quetta. Interested bidders can inspect the vehicles during working days from 8th October 2026 to 14th October 2026 between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM. The auction bids will be received on 15th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with the bid opening at 01:00 PM the same day. Items being auctioned: - Vehicle 1: Mehran, Model 1999, Registration QA-J-484 - Vehicle 2: Hi-Roof, Model 2005, Registration QAP-5960 - Vehicle 3: Mitsubishi Pajero, Model 1993, Registration QA-J-3170 Bidders must deposit Rs.3000/- non-refundable via treasury Challan under Government Account Had A-03970 Others as earnest money. A call deposit equal to 10% of the total amount is also required. The successful bidder must deposit 20% advance income tax into the State Bank of Pakistan via Treasury Green Challan or FBR. Security money will be refunded after completion of the auction process. Separate bidding files/documents must be submitted for each vehicle. The successful bidder must deposit the financial proposal within ten days or the offer will be cancelled and security money forfeited. Additional parking fees of Rs.500/- per day apply for parking beyond 10 days at the Secretariat parking. Bidders must attach a legible copy of their CNIC with their bid. The department disclaims responsibility for document transfer or re-verification from Excise and Taxation Department. Successful bidders will receive a separate NOC (No Objection Certificate) for each vehicle. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect vehicles and ensure all required deposits and documents are submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
