Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology Multan invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in an e-auction for parking areas inside the institute. The auction covers parking spaces for motorcycles, cycles, cars, and Jeeps in the basement and building areas with a total area of 159,771 square feet. Items being auctioned: - Motorcycle, Cycle, Car, Jeep parking Basement of New Building OPD Block (80,142 Sft) - Motorcycle, Cycle, Car, Jeep parking New Building Basement No. 2 & 3 (79,629 Sft) The successful applicant will be responsible for managing parking for all vehicles entering the premises, including motorcycles, cars, Rickshaws, Pickup, Truck, and Mazda, ensuring systematic traffic flow inside the institute and security of vehicles under professional management. Applicants must upload their applications and documents online by the specified deadlines. The reserve price for this auction is Rs. 15,000,000/- (without tax) for one year. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 1,651,100/-) in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque. The auction will be conducted on 05-11-2026 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Applicants are advised to carefully read the terms, submit all required documents, and ensure timely participation.
