NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Municipal Committee Renala Khurd invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the annual lease rights to collect fees from various parking and bus stand sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Committee office. This is a recurring opportunity for local contractors and businesses to secure collection rights for lucrative municipal revenue streams in Renala Khurd.
Items being auctioned:
- Loader Parking Fees / Rickshaw Parking Fees (Reserve Price: PKR 619,444, Earnest Money: PKR 61,944, Lease Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- Motor Parking Rickshaw Fees (Reserve Price: PKR 1,291,667, Earnest Money: PKR 129,167, Lease Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- Bus Stand Fees (Reserve Price: PKR 74,113, Earnest Money: PKR 7,411, Lease Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027)
The technical scope covers the exclusive right to collect the specified fees from the designated sites for the stated period. Bidders must comply with the Punjab Local Government Act 2016 and all relevant municipal regulations. Only those not blacklisted and with no outstanding dues to the Municipal Committee are eligible. Earnest Money (10% of reserve price) must be deposited via CDR or Pay Order at the time of auction. Successful bidders will be required to sign a formal agreement and pay the full lease amount as per the schedule.
