AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Sites, Bus Stand, Shops, and Collection Rights for Tehsil Municipal Administration Charsadda 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Charsadda invites bids through E-Auction for the lease rights of various parking sites, bus stand, shops, and collection rights for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be conducted online as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Act and relevant rules. Interested parties can participate in the E-Auction process by registering on the LGKMIS portal and submitting their bids within the stipulated time frame. The auction is open for the following lots: - Bus Stand Charsadda (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,500,000) - Rickshaw Stand Charsadda (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,700,000) - Sawan Bus Stand Charsadda (Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000) - Electric Rickshaw Stand Charsadda (Reserve Price: Rs. 100,000) - Rickshaw Stand Tangi Road (Reserve Price: Rs. 15,000) - General Bus Stand No. 1 (Reserve Price: Rs. 100,000) - Lunda/Old Clothes Market No. 1 (Reserve Price: Rs. 15,000) - Eidgah/Old Clothes Market No. 2 (Reserve Price: Rs. 30,000) - Timber Market No. 1 (Reserve Price: Rs. 25,000) - General Bus Stand No. 6 (Reserve Price: Rs. 15,000) - Timber Market No. 6 (Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000) Each lot is offered for lease for the period of one year, starting from 21 October 2026 to 20 October 2027. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 15% of the bid amount as earnest money and sign the agreement within the specified period. All participants must be registered taxpayers and provide valid FBR/ATL certificates. The auction will be conducted strictly as per the published terms and conditions, and anti-sniping rules will apply to ensure fair competition. Bids must be submitted online via the LGKMIS portal before the deadline. For best results, bidders should ensure all required documents are uploaded in advance and double-check their bid amounts before final submission, as late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
