AUCTION: Sahulat Bazaar Akbari Mandi Parking Fee Collection License 2026-27

Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority is conducting an open auction for the license to collect parking fees at Sahulat Bazaar Akbari Mandi, Lahore, for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority. Interested parties are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process for the right to collect parking fees from vehicles at the specified location. Items being auctioned: - License for collection of parking fees from motorcycles (parking fee: 30 روپے per vehicle, annual reserve price: 4,960,550 روپے, earnest money: 496,055 روپے) - License for collection of parking fees from motor cycles (parking fee: 20 روپے per vehicle) The technical scope includes the management and collection of parking fees from all vehicles entering the Sahulat Bazaar Akbari Mandi parking area. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring proper ticketing, fee collection, and compliance with all terms set by the authority. The license is valid for one year, and the annual reserve price is set at **PKR 4,960,550**. Earnest money of **PKR 496,055** must be deposited via PSID before the auction date. Only those who deposit the earnest money and present the original deposit slip will be eligible to participate.
