Establishing, Operation & Management of Rooftop Facilities at CDA Parking Plaza Blue Area Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible service providers registered with SECP, relevant Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and/or other regulatory authorities where applicable. The procurement is for establishing, operating, and managing rooftop facilities at CDA Parking Plaza, Blue Area, Islamabad. The facilities include a restaurant/café with a kids play area. Items being procured: - Establishment of rooftop restaurant/café - Operation and management of rooftop facilities - Kids play area facility This project will be awarded under a long-term commercial leasing (rental lease) and operations arrangement as detailed in the e-bidding documents. Interested bidders can obtain detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements from the e-bidding documents available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before the deadline of 02-11-2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours through EPADS. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification under Public Procurement Rules is available on the procuring agency's website/EPADS.
