Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Hujra Shah Muqeem Okara is inviting sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for its parking stand and hospital canteen for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted as per the schedule and terms outlined in the notice. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction to secure the rights for these facilities at a prominent healthcare institution in Okara.
Items being auctioned:
- Parking Stand Lease Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 200,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,000, Bid Submission: 08-09-2026 by 12:00 PM, Auction: 08-09-2026 at 12:30 PM)
- Hospital Canteen Lease Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,000, Bid Submission: 08-09-2026 by 12:00 PM, Auction: 08-09-2026 at 12:30 PM)
The technical scope includes the management and operation of the parking stand and canteen within the hospital premises. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing quality services to hospital staff, patients, and visitors, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to all hospital regulations. The lease period will commence from the issuance of the award letter and continue until 30-06-2027. If the highest bidder fails to deposit the required amount, the lease will be offered to the next highest bidder.
Eligibility criteria require submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Medical Superintendent, along with a copy of the CNIC and proof of earnest money. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions, including the payment of Rs. 100 for the auction form. Punjab Sales Tax and other applicable taxes will be charged as per law.
