AUCTION: Parking Collection Rights and Cattle Market Fee Collection for District Lahore 2026-27

Market Committee Lahore is inviting sealed bids for the auction of parking collection rights and cattle market fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee, Lahore, on 26-08-2026 at 01:00 PM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following lots: Items being auctioned: - Parking Collection Rights at Fruit and Vegetable Market, Badami Bagh, Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,800,000 per annum) - Cattle Market Fee Collection Rights at Shahpur Kanjran, Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000 per annum) The technical scope includes the collection of parking fees from vehicles entering the designated market area and the collection of cattle market entry fees as per the terms set by the Market Committee. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the collection process, ensuring transparency, and remitting the agreed amounts to the committee. Eligibility requires submission of earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of CDR or pay order in favor of Market Committee Lahore. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar collection contracts will be considered an advantage.
