AUCTION: Parking Cycle Stand Services at DHQ Hospital Vehari for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Headquarters Hospital Vehari is inviting sealed bids for the auction of Parking Cycle Stand Services for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted at the Resource Centre, DHQ Hospital Vehari, under the supervision of the Medical Superintendent. This opportunity is open to all eligible bidders, including individuals and firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, holding valid professional tax certificates for FY-2026-27 from the Excise & Taxation Department. Items being auctioned: - Auction of the Parking Cycle Stand Services (for the entire financial year 2026-27) The technical scope covers the management and operation of the hospital's parking cycle stand, ensuring orderly parking and collection of parking fees as per hospital policy. Bidders must submit their proposals under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Both Financial and Technical Proposals must be clearly marked and submitted in separate envelopes. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, provision of valid NTN and GST certificates, and submission of a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the lot or as determined by the department. The Bid Security must be in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from The Bank of Punjab. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Procurement Office at DHQ Hospital Vehari upon written request and payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) by 25.08.2026 during office hours, or downloaded from the PPRA website. Sealed bids must be submitted by 26th August 2026 at 11:59 AM. The auction will be held on the same day at 12:30 PM. In case of public holidays or unavoidable circumstances, the auction may be rescheduled to 31st August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
