AUCTION: Collection Rights of Parking Fees at Cantt Board Multan Parking Sites 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Multan is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights of parking fees at designated parking sites within Multan Cantonment for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer on 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for bidders to secure the rights to collect parking fees from high-traffic locations managed by the Board. Items being auctioned: - Site 1: Cantt Board Parking, Reserve Price: Rs. 10,00,000 per annum - Site 2: Parking at Chungi No. 9, Reserve Price: Rs. 2,00,000 per annum - Site 3: Parking at Chungi No. 6, Reserve Price: Rs. 1,50,000 per annum - Site 4: Parking at Nawan Shehr, Reserve Price: Rs. 1,00,000 per annum - Site 5: Parking at Ghanta Ghar, Reserve Price: Rs. 70,000 per annum - Site 6: Parking at Pak Gate, Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000 per annum Each site has a specified reserve price, and the highest bidder meeting or exceeding the reserve will be awarded the collection rights. Bidders must bring original CNIC and submit earnest money (Bid Security) of Rs. 1,00,000 in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of Cantonment Board Multan at the time of auction. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full amount within the stipulated time after the auction. All government taxes and levies will be applicable as per rules. Eligibility is open to all Pakistani individuals and firms with valid CNIC. Prior experience in fee collection or parking management is advantageous but not mandatory. The auction terms and conditions are available at the office and must be strictly followed. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
