AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Site at Karachi Fish Harbour

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Fisheries Department Sindh is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the lease rights of the parking site at Karachi Fish Harbour. This auction provides an opportunity for eligible bidders to acquire the rights to operate and manage the designated parking area for a period as specified in the terms. The auction will be held at the office of the undersigned at Karachi Fish Harbour. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of the parking site at Karachi Fish Harbour (annual reserve price: Rs. 2,000,000) The parking site is strategically located within the Karachi Fish Harbour premises, offering significant commercial potential due to the high volume of daily visitors and vehicles. The successful bidder will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the parking facility in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the Fisheries Department Sindh. The lease will be awarded to the highest bidder, subject to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria and submission of required documents. Interested parties must submit their sealed bids along with a copy of their CNIC and a pay order or demand draft equivalent to the earnest money specified in the notice. Only those bidders who are present in person with original CNIC at the time of auction will be allowed to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The last date for submission of bids is 19 September 2026. Bids must be submitted at the office of the undersigned at Karachi Fish Harbour. For bidders, it is advisable to visit the site beforehand to assess the location and potential revenue streams, ensuring a well-informed bid.
