Items being auctioned: - Yearly lease rights for the parking system and fee collection at Markazi Parking Stand, Municipal Committee Mian Channu (Reserve Price: Rs. 400,000, Earnest Money (CDR): Rs. 40,000) - Yearly lease rights for the parking system and fee collection at New General Bus Stand, Municipal Committee Mian Channu (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,000,000, Earnest Money (CDR): Rs. 100,000) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the parking system, collection of parking fees from vehicles as per the approved municipal rates, and ensuring smooth functioning of the parking facility. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with municipal regulations throughout the lease period (01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027 for Markazi Parking Stand, and 01.09.2026 to 30.06.2027 for New General Bus Stand). Eligibility criteria require submission of earnest money (CDR) as specified for each lot, along with relevant experience in parking management or fee collection, and compliance with all municipal requirements. Bidders must submit their sealed bids to the office of the Municipal Committee Mian Channu by 1:00 PM on 28.08.2026.
