Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for car and motorcycle parking at Nowsherah Babar Hospital, Small Industries Estate, Kohat Road, Peshawar (Reserve price: Rs. 1,925,000 per year; Total for 3 years: Rs. 7,700,000) The technical scope includes the management of parking operations for both cars and motorcycles, with the successful bidder responsible for collecting parking fees as per the approved SIDB rates. The parking fee schedule is as follows: - Cycle: Rs. 20 - Motorcycle/Scooter/Rickshaw: Rs. 50 - Car/Jeep/Van: Rs. 100 - Mini Bus/Coaster: Rs. 200 Eligibility requires submission of a written application along with a pay order of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) in favor of SIDB, as well as a bid security of 10% of the annual reserve price.
