AUCTION: Parking Services Auction at THQ Hospital Burewala for FY 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Medical Superintendent of Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Burewala invites eligible bidders, firms, and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department to participate in the auction of parking services for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being auctioned: - Parking services with provision of 09 madadgar persons The auction requires bidders to have a valid category-A license from the Income Tax Department. The procurement process will be conducted through the Punjab E-PROC portal (https://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) using an Open Competitive Bidding method under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedures as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). Bidders must register as suppliers on the Punjab E-PROC platform to access bidding documents. Bidding documents must be accompanied by a Bid Security Online updated on the portal. Evidence of submission must be provided to the Medical Superintendent's office at least one hour before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened on the auction date at 11:00 AM, followed by the contract award. Successful bidders must submit 34% of the annual amount in advance within five days of the auction. The remaining amount is payable in two installments on 26th December and 27th March. Failure to submit the advance amount will result in bid cancellation and forfeiture of bid security. Parking fee schedule: - Cycle: 5 - Motor Cycle, Rickshaw: 10 - Car, Wagon, Bus, Tractor Trolley: 20 Taxes of 10% income tax plus 5% PST are applicable. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The parking schedule follows approved rates. Bidders are advised to avoid submission of fake information or documents such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft, as this will lead to disqualification and blacklisting by the hospital and PPRA.
