Cantonment Board Bahawalpur is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of parking stand and various shops located at CMH Chowk, Bahawalpur Cantt. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire annual lease rights for commercial spaces in a prime location within the cantonment area. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions outlined by the board, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate actively. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand at CMH Chowk - Shop No. 1 (General Store) - Shop No. 2 (Fruit Shop) - Shop No. 3 (Vegetable Shop) - Shop No. 4/5 (Tea Stall/Restaurant) - Shop No. 6 (Medical Store) - Shop No. 7 (Tailor Shop) - Shop No. 8 (Barber Shop) - Shop No. 9 (Photocopy Shop) - Shop No. 10 (Other Commercial Activity) The annual reserve price for each stall/shop is set at **PKR 1,000,000**. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Bahawalpur Cantt. Bidders must submit earnest money as per the notice requirements. The successful bidder will be required to pay 10% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per the schedule. All participants must bring original CNIC and proof of financial capability. The lease period, terms of use, and other obligations are detailed in the auction document.
