AUCTION: Wheat Seed Lots (Khaista, Abaseen, Ratta Kulach) at Agricultural Research Institute Dera Ismail Khan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Agricultural Research Institute Dera Ismail Khan is conducting an open auction for various wheat seed lots from its research farms. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process for the following wheat seed lots, which will be held on different dates as per the schedule below. The auction is open to all eligible bidders who meet the requirements set by the institute. Items being auctioned: - Khaista (wheat seed, 1150 kg) at Agricultural Research Institute - Abaseen (wheat seed, 9850 kg) at Wheat Research Sub-Station - Ratta Kulach (wheat seed, 33850 kg) at Ismail Khan Farm Each lot has a reserve price of Rs. 2,00,000/-. The auction for Khaista will be held on 29-10-2026, for Abaseen on 27-10-2026, and for Ratta Kulach on 26-10-2026. Bidders must submit a call deposit receipt (CDR) of Rs. 2,00,000/- per lot in the name of Director, Agricultural Research Institute Dera Ismail Khan, along with their bid. Successful bidders are required to deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable within 15 days of approval. All interested parties must bring their original CNIC and submit their bids in person at the respective farm locations by 11:00 AM on the specified dates.
