AUCTION: Parking Sites and Showroom Lease Rights at Lahore

Market Committee Lahore is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the lease rights of various parking sites and a showroom located at the Fruit and Vegetable Market, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. The auction will be conducted as per the SOPs and guidelines issued by the Punjab government. The auction is scheduled for 27-08-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Market Committee Lahore. Items being auctioned: - Parking Site No. 1 (Fruit Market, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore) — Reserve price: Rs. 3,000,000 per annum - Parking Site No. 2 (Vegetable Market, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore) — Reserve price: Rs. 1,800,000 per annum - Showroom (Fruit Market, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore) — Reserve price: Rs. 1,000,000 per annum Each site/lot is offered for a lease period of one year. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the annual lease value as earnest money in the form of pay order or CDR at the time of auction. The remaining amount must be paid as per the terms and conditions outlined by the Market Committee. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of registration with the relevant tax authorities. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
