AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Sites and Showroom at General Bus Stand Sialkot for 10 Months (Sep 2026 - Jun 2027)

This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to operate and collect parking fees and manage the showroom during the specified period. The auction will be conducted through an open competitive process, and all eligible bidders are encouraged to participate. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for parking sites at General Bus Stand Sialkot (Reserve price: Rs. 6,16,101 for 10 months) - Lease rights for the showroom at General Bus Stand Sialkot (Reserve price: Rs. 4,55,000 for 10 months) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the designated parking areas and showroom, ensuring smooth collection of parking fees and maintenance of the premises as per the terms of the lease. The successful bidder will be responsible for compliance with all relevant municipal regulations and must maintain the facilities in good condition throughout the lease period. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit valid CNIC copies, proof of registration with FBR (Active Taxpayer List), and a CDR/pay order as earnest money equivalent to the specified percentage of the reserve price. No dues certificate from the Tehsil Council is mandatory. Bidders must not be defaulters of any previous contracts with the council.
