LEASE: College Hostel Canteen Contract for Session 2026-27 at Government Associate College for Women, Bedian Road Lahore

Government Associate College for Women Bedian Road Lahore invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable contractors for the lease of the college hostel canteen for the academic session 2026-27. This opportunity is open for one year and is specifically for female contractors only. The successful bidder will be responsible for running the canteen and providing quality food and services to hostel residents and staff. Items being leased: - Hostel canteen contract for one year (session 2026-27) at Government Associate College for Women Bedian Road Lahore The technical and financial bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 08-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. All bids will be opened on 09-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. The canteen premises can be inspected before bidding to assess the facilities and requirements. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the annual bid amount as earnest money, which is refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The CDR must be in the name of the Principal, Government Associate College for Women Bedian Road Lahore. Bidders should also attach a copy of their CNIC and proof of relevant experience. The successful bidder will be required to pay an annual lease amount as per the final bid and sign a formal agreement with the college administration. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1000 must be deposited at the time of bid submission.
