Interested parties are encouraged to participate for the following contracts: - Parking General Bus Stand (Kamai Auction), Reserve Price: 15,034,442 PKR, Earnest Money: 1,503,344 PKR, Lease Period: 01-08-2026 to 30-06-2027 - APV Parking (Kamai Auction), Reserve Price: 6,730,802 PKR, Earnest Money: 673,080 PKR, Lease Period: as above - Slaughter House, Reserve Price: 1,019,847 PKR, Earnest Money: 101,985 PKR, Lease Period: as above - Parking Stand Municipal Committee, Reserve Price: 917,583 PKR, Earnest Money: 91,758 PKR, Lease Period: as above The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani individuals and firms. Bidders must provide valid CNIC, proof of tax registration, and deposit the required earnest money (10% of reserve price) in the form of CDR or pay order before the auction. Successful bidders will be required to sign a formal contract and comply with all terms and conditions as per Punjab Local Government Auction Rules 2016.
