Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Market Committee Haroonabad is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for lease rights of various parking sites under its jurisdiction for the financial year 2026-27 (from 30 September 2026 to 30 September 2027). The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Haroonabad. The lease rights are being offered for a period of one year, and successful bidders will be responsible for managing the respective parking sites as per the terms and conditions set by the committee.
Items being auctioned:
- General Bus Stand Parking (Reserve Price: PKR 1,200,000, Earnest Money: PKR 50,000)
- Vegetable Market Parking (Reserve Price: PKR 1,300,000, Earnest Money: PKR 50,000)
- Grain Market Parking (Reserve Price: PKR 500,000, Earnest Money: PKR 50,000)
- Vegetable Market Cycle Stand (Reserve Price: PKR 200,000, Earnest Money: PKR 20,000)
- Grain Market Cycle Stand (Reserve Price: PKR 130,000, Earnest Money: PKR 10,000)
- General Bus Stand Cycle Stand (Reserve Price: PKR 250,000, Earnest Money: PKR 20,000)
Each lot has a specified reserve price and earnest money requirement. The auction will be conducted on 27-08-2026, with different timings for each lot as mentioned in the notice. Interested bidders must deposit the required earnest money before participating. The highest bidder for each lot will be awarded the lease rights, subject to approval by the competent authority. All participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full lease amount as per the schedule and comply with all rules and regulations of the Market Committee.
A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete registration and review the terms, as latecomers may not be allowed to participate once the auction for a specific lot has started.
