Eligibility criteria include valid company NTN and PRA registration, latest financial stability certificate from a scheduled bank, and submission of a CDR of 2% of the bid amount as bid security in the name of Director General, WCLA. The successful bidder must also submit a bank guarantee of Rs. 500,000 within seven days of acceptance. The quoted amount should exclude 10% income tax, and the company must submit monthly CPR of tax returns. The contract is for one year, extendable based on performance and approval of the Director General, PWCA.
