AUCTION: Lease Rights of 17 Parking Sites Sialkot for Financial Year 2026-27

The auction will be conducted for each site individually, with a minimum reserve price of Rs. 12,00,000 per annum per site. The successful bidder for each site will be responsible for ensuring smooth parking operations, maintaining order, and adhering to all terms set by PHA Sialkot. The lease period is for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with authority regulations. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit earnest money equivalent to 20% of the annual reserve price for each site they wish to bid on, in the form of a CDR or pay order. Bidders must not be defaulters of PHA or any other government department, and must provide valid CNIC copies. Blacklisted individuals or firms are not eligible to participate. The auction will be held on 20-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the PHA Sialkot office, and successful bidders must deposit the remaining amount within the stipulated grace period.
