NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tando Allahyar District Council invites sealed bids for the annual lease rights of various parking sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is open to all eligible parties interested in acquiring the rights to collect parking fees at designated locations within Tando Allahyar district. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions set by the council, and successful bidders will be granted the right to operate the parking sites for one year.

- General Bus Stand Parking, Tando Allahyar (Reserve Price: Rs. 7,20,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000/-)
- General Bus Stand Parking, Chambar (Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000/-)
- General Bus Stand Parking, Jhando Mari (Reserve Price: Rs. 20,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000/-)
- General Bus Stand Parking, Nasarpur (Reserve Price: Rs. 70,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000/-)
- General Bus Stand Parking, Bulri Shah Karim (Reserve Price: Rs. 20,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000/-)
- General Bus Stand Parking, Haji Khan (Reserve Price: Rs. 60,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000/-)
Each site has a specified reserve price and earnest money requirement. Bidders must submit a CDR/pay order for the earnest money along with their application. The highest annual reserve price is for the General Bus Stand Parking at Tando Allahyar, set at Rs. 7,20,000/-. The auction will be held on 31-08-2026 at 12:00 PM at the TDC office in Tando Allahyar. Interested parties should ensure timely submission of their bids and all required documents.
