The Parks and Horticulture Authority Multan invites interested parties to participate in the open e-auction for the yearly lease rights of parking stands at the General Bus Stand Market, Fruit Market, Sabzi Market, Mandi Market, and Adda Market Multan for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted online via the Punjab e-auction portal on 27.08.2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders must complete their registration and submit earnest money before participating.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights for General Bus Stand Market Parking Stand, Multan (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,00,00,000)
- Lease rights for Fruit Market Parking Stand, Multan (Reserve Price: Rs. 50,00,000)
- Lease rights for Adda Market Parking Stand, Multan (Reserve Price: Rs. 30,00,000)
The technical scope includes the management and operation of parking stands at the specified markets for the entire financial year. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection, maintenance, and compliance with all relevant municipal regulations. The lease period is from 01.09.2026 to 30.06.2027 (10 months).
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 5 years of experience in similar contracts, valid CNIC, and submission of earnest money (Rs. 50,000 per market) via pay order. Registration for the e-auction must be completed at https://eauctionpmra.punjab.gov.pk. The last date for registration and earnest money submission is 28.08.2026.
