AUCTION: Motor Cycle / Car Parking Stand Lease at Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore 2026

Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore is inviting interested individuals, firms, and companies to participate in the open auction for the lease rights of its Motor Cycle / Car Parking Stand for a period of one year through the Punjab Health Department e-Auction Portal. The auction is for the parking stand located inside the hospital premises, with a total area of 4259 sq ft in the hospital building. The reserve price for this auction is set at Rs. 1,985,360 (excluding taxes and utility charges) for the entire year. Items being auctioned: - Motor Cycle / Car Parking Stand inside Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore (4259 sq ft, hospital building), Reserve Price: Rs. 1,985,360 (one year) The auction will be conducted online via the e-Auction Portal, and all interested parties must register and submit their eligibility documents through the portal before the deadline. Hard copies are not required. The auction will be processed strictly through the e-Auction Portal, and applicants are encouraged to apply well before the deadline to avoid technical issues. Only those who have registered and fulfilled the eligibility criteria will be allowed to participate. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Earnest Money, which shall be Rs. 198,536 (10% of the reserve price), in the form of Bank Draft, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's Cheque, made out to the Medical Superintendent, Lady Willingdon Hospital, Lahore. The original instrument must be submitted physically within ten days of the announcement of the evaluation result. The auction will start from the reserve price, and subsequent offers must be higher than the previous offer. If no offer is received during the scheduled time, the auction will automatically end. In case of a tie, the auction time will be extended by five minutes. The successful applicant will be required to sign the registration form and upload a scanned copy with their updated signature.
