Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Muridke invites eligible bidders, firms, and contractors registered with sales tax, income tax (FBR), and Punjab Sales Tax Authority to participate in the auction of the Parking Stand at THQ Hospital Muridke for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being auctioned:
- Parking Services for FY 2026-27
The auction will be conducted under the Open Auction method as per Auction Right Rule 2016. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents from the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Muridke upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000. Bidding documents are available until 09:00 AM on 20.11.2026. Sealed bids must be delivered to the same office by 09:30 AM on 20.11.2026 and must be accompanied by a bid security (Earnest Money) of Rs. 250,000 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
The auction will start from the reserve price of Rs. 1,200,000 without taxes. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules, and any changes in government taxes will be binding on the contractor. NTN, PST, and sales tax registration certificates must be provided. The auction will be held at 10:00 AM on 20.11.2026 in the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Muridke. If the auction cannot be held on the due date due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be conducted on 27.11.2026 at 10:00 AM.
The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance under PPRA rule 35 and to disqualify any supplier or contractor if false or incomplete information is submitted under PPRA rule 19.
