AUCTION: Parking Stands Over Lahore Division for 1+ Years Category (C) and Three (C) Category (B)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Railways Lahore Division invites bids for the open auction of parking stands over Lahore Division for a period of 1+ years in Category (C) and Three (C) Category (B). The auction will be conducted publicly with bids starting from the benchmark specified against each parking stand. Items being auctioned: - Gojra near Goods office (C) parking stand, 15600 sqft, bench mark Rs.160,200/-, earnest money Rs.8,010/-, participation fee Rs.100,000/- - Gojra near Goods shed (C) parking stand, 11000 sqft, bench mark Rs.425,000/-, earnest money Rs.21,250/-, participation fee Rs.100,000/- - Lalian (C) parking stand, 21800 sqft, bench mark Rs.447,700/-, earnest money Rs.22,385/-, participation fee Rs.100,000/- - Basirpur (C) parking stand, 15600 sqft, bench mark Rs.75,000/-, earnest money Rs.3,750/-, participation fee Rs.100,000/- - Okara Cantt (C) parking stand, 11000 sqft, bench mark Rs.154,000/-, earnest money Rs.7,700/-, participation fee Rs.100,000/- - Kot Lakhpat (B) parking stand, 39600 sqft, bench mark Rs.6,025,000/-, earnest money Rs.301,250/-, participation fee Rs.300,000/- - Hafizabad (C) parking stand, 4500 sqft, bench mark Rs.20,000/-, earnest money Rs.1,000/-, participation fee Rs.100,000/- - Nankana Sahib (C) parking stand, 4500 sqft, bench mark Rs.275,000/-, earnest money Rs.13,750/-, participation fee Rs.100,000/- The auction will be held at Railway stations specified against each parking stand on the dates and times mentioned. The successful bidder or party shall be bound to deposit 30% amount of the offered bid within 10 days from the date of approval where the remaining 70% amount shall be payable in 10 equal installments in the first ten months up to 5th of every month with concerned station Master. Successful bidders must deposit 05% Withholding Tax of total bid money in advance. All taxes and fees levied by local, municipal, provincial, and federal governments from time to time shall be payable by the lessee/licensee. The Pay Order/CDR for participation fee will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidder/party on the spot after deduction of 1% processing charges. In case of successful bidder, the participation fee shall be adjusted in 30% advance bid money of offered bid as annual rental charges or parking stand or same may be returned. Application forms can be obtained on the date of auction against each parking stand. Bidders must submit CDRs/Pay Orders separately with their application form in favor of the Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer/Revenue, Pakistan Railways Lahore (FA&CAO/Rev: PR:LHR). The word on account of the person participating in the auction should be mentioned on every CDR/Pay Order. One CDR/Pay Order will be for earnest money and another for participation fee. If a participant intends to participate in auction for more than one parking stand, then the CDR/Pay Order for earnest money and participation fee will be deposited separately for each parking stand. In case the bid reached the double amount of bench mark during the bidders process, bidders will deposit additional CDR in favor of FA&CAO/Revenue, Pakistan Railways Lahore at the spot which will be equal to participation fee mentioned against each parking stand, otherwise their already deposited participation fee and earnest money will be forfeited and fresh auction will be started again on the given bench mark under the agreed terms and conditions/rules. The auction will be conducted publicly and the bid will start from the bench mark specified against each station/parking stand. The successful bidder or party shall be bound to deposit 30% amount of the offered bid within 10 days from the date of approval where the remaining 70% amount shall be payable in 10 equal installments in first ten months up to 5th of every month with concerned station Master. In case of successful bidder, the participation fee shall be adjusted in 30% advance bid money of offered bid as annual rental charges or parking stand or same may be returned. The successful bidder shall deposit security money equal to one month rental charges of the offered bid in shape of Pay Order or CDR, which will be refunded on completion of tenure after clearance.
