Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Parks and Horticulture Authority Multan is inviting sealed bids for the open auction of lease rights for various parking stands and motorcycle parking sites under its jurisdiction. The auction will be held at the office of Parks and Horticulture Authority Multan on 03 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this competitive bidding process to secure the rights for the financial year.
Items being auctioned:
- Gulshan-e-Park Stand (Reserve Price: Rs. 60,000)
- Shah Shams Park Motorcycle Parking (Reserve Price: Rs. 230,000)
- Shah Shams Park Stand No. 04 Motorcycle Parking (Reserve Price: Rs. 120,000)
The total estimated value for the highest lot is Rs. 2,285,000. Each lot has its own reserve price, and successful bidders will be required to deposit the specified amount as earnest money in the form of pay order or CDR at the time of auction. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who meet the requirements set by the authority. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of financial capability. The successful bidder will be responsible for the management and operation of the parking stand or motorcycle parking for the specified period, as per the terms and conditions outlined by the Parks and Horticulture Authority Multan.
