The successful bidder will be responsible for the collection of parking fees, maintenance of the parking area, and ensuring smooth traffic flow as per the terms and conditions set by the Board. The lease is for a period of one year, and the reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 10,00,000. Earnest Money of Rs. 5,000 in the form of Pay Order is mandatory for participation. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the schedule provided by the Board.
