Auction of Parking Stands at University of Okara for 12 Months Contract Period

The University of Okara invites eligible contractors to participate in an open auction for the management and operation of parking stands at the University of Okara, located in Okara city, Punjab. Items being procured: - Parking Stand at University of Okara The scope of services includes management and operation of designated parking stands, parking services from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM seven days a week, security, cleanliness, traffic management, fee collection, and maintenance. Free parking will be provided for university staff and faculty. Approved parking charges are Rs. 20 for motorcycles/cycles and Rs. 50 for cars. Interested bidders must submit required documents including CNIC, active Income Tax/Sales Tax registration (Filer status), a CDR of Rs. 50,000 in favor of Treasurer, University of Okara, a non-blacklisting affidavit, and an affidavit accepting all terms and conditions. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 50% of the auction amount immediately after award and the remaining 50% after six months. Applicable taxes are to be borne by the contractor. The contract may be extended for an additional year subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the Competent Authority, with a 10% increase in contract amount upon extension.
