AUCTION: Patoki Bar Theka Rights 2026-27 (Chunian Khurdwala, Chunian Ferozewala)

District Council Layyah is inviting open public auction bids for the Patoki Bar Theka rights for the year 2026-27. This auction is for the collection rights of Chunian Khurdwala and Chunian Ferozewala, and is open to interested parties from any district of Punjab. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect theka revenue for the specified period, as per the terms and conditions set by the District Council. The auction will be held at the District Council Hall, Layyah, on 28-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Items being auctioned: - Chunian Khurdwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,30,000, Average Annual Bid: Rs. 22,95,000, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Chunian Ferozewala (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,75,000, Average Annual Bid: Rs. 27,50,000, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect theka revenue from the specified bars for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of auction. Only those present at the auction venue on the specified date and time will be eligible to participate.
