AUCTION: Headquarter Peshawar Logistics Area Canteen and Mess Contract Rights 2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Headquarter Peshawar Logistics Area is inviting sealed bids for the auction of contract rights for the canteen and mess facilities within its jurisdiction for the calendar year 2027. The auction will be held at 10:00 AM on 8 September 2026, and the contract will be valid until 31 December 2027, subject to approval. The following facilities are included in this auction: - Canteen and mess at Peshawar Logistics Area (including Peshawar Logistics Area, Chirat, and Peshawar Supply Area) - Fresh fruit, ice, milk, and onion contract at Peshawar Logistics Area (Swat and Peshawar Supply Area) - Mess contract for fresh fruit, ice, milk, and onion at Bagh Tirauli Supply Area All interested parties can obtain detailed information and auction terms from the office of the Assistant Director Messing and Transport, Headquarter Peshawar Logistics Area, up to 31 August 2026. Only those who fulfill all technical requirements and submit the required documents will be eligible to participate. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. All bidders must submit a refundable Earnest Money (Bid Security) of 2 percent of the estimated contract value (for contracts exceeding PKR 10 million) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Headquarter Peshawar Logistics Area. The successful bidder must deposit the full security amount before signing the contract. Bidders must submit their sealed bids by 10:00 AM on 8 September 2026.
