Auction of Photostat & Stationary Shop (City & New Campuses)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites e-procurement bids from firms registered with relevant tax authorities and possessing technical, financial, and managerial capabilities for the auction of the Photostat & Stationary Shop at both City and New Campuses. The auction requires a 5% bid security of the annual estimated reserve price of Rs. 45000/=. The auction closing date and time is set for 01-09-2026 at 1:00 PM, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 1:30 PM. Items involved in this auction include the Photostat & Stationary Shop facilities at the City Campus and New Campus of Ghazi University. The tender documents detailing specifications, terms, and conditions are available free of cost on the E-PAD website https://epad.procure.gov.pk, the PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and the university's official website http://www.gudgk.edu.pk. Bidders must submit original bid security in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order in favor of the Treasurer, Ghazi University, along with a blacklisting affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. The university will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in bid preparation or delivery. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the technical bid opening date. The single stage two envelopes bidding procedure will be followed, governed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. In case of a public holiday on the opening or last sale date, the next official working day will be considered the deadline. The time and venue remain unchanged.
