Auction of Photostat & Stationary Shop (City & New Campuses)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites bids from firms registered with relevant tax authorities for auction of Photostat & Stationary Shop at City and New Campuses. The auction is open to bidders with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities for the supply of services related to these shops. Items being auctioned: - Photostat Shop at City Campus - Stationary Shop at New Campus The tender documents contain comprehensive details of required services, terms and conditions, and are available for free download from the university's official website www.gudgk.edu.pk and the Punjab e-procurement portal www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit a Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 45000/- in favor of Treasurer Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan as earnest money along with the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available at the university office during office hours. Bids must be submitted by 01-09-2026 at 1:00 PM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 1:30 PM. Bidders should note the single stage two envelopes bidding procedure. The auction is governed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Bids submitted after the deadline or incomplete will not be accepted. The time and venue for submission and opening of tenders will remain the same.
