The University of the Punjab Lahore is inviting sealed bids for the auction of various parking sites, canteens, shops, and Built Operate Transfer (BOT) rights for the year 2026. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire lease and operational rights for high-traffic commercial spots within the university premises in Lahore. The auction will be held on 2nd September 2026 at 12:30pm at the office of the undersigned. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and successful bidders must deposit the earnest money as a pay order or CDR. The auction is open to all eligible parties, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
