AUCTION: Residential Plots in Lahore Cantonment Board (25-Acre Colony, 16-DL, Sarwar Road)

Lahore Cantonment Board is conducting a public auction for residential plots located in the 25-Acre Colony (16-DL), Sarwar Road, Lahore Cantt. The auction will be held at the Board's office, 42 Sarwar Road, on 2nd September 2026 at 11:00 am. This is a significant opportunity for interested parties to acquire prime residential plots in a highly sought-after area of Lahore. Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: 8 residential plots (Plot Nos. 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148), total area 3430 sq. yards - Lot 2: 6 residential plots (Plot Nos. 118, 127, 128, 135, 136, 121), total area 2240 sq. yards - Lot 3: 2 residential plots (Plot Nos. 102, 129), total area 479.75 sq. yards The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens and firms. Interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit a non-refundable registration fee of PKR 5,000 per lot. Earnest Money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price must be deposited via Pay Order in favor of Lahore Cantonment Board. Only those registered with AA/PCRA/JCR and not blacklisted by any government agency are eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to pay the remaining amount within 30 days of the auction, failing which the Earnest Money will be forfeited. The auction will be conducted on an open competitive basis, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered. All plots are being auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis.
