Interested participants must deposit a non-refundable registration fee of PKR 5,000 to participate. Earnest money of PKR 1,000,000 per plot is required in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of TIP Employees Cooperative Society Ltd Lahore. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the bid amount on the day of the auction, with the remaining 75% payable within the stipulated period. Plots will be transferred after full payment and completion of formalities. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
