AUCTION: Sain Board Fee Collection Rights for Financial Year 2026-27, TMA Dera Ismail Khan

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Dera Ismail Khan invites bids for the third time for the auction of Sain Board Fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27 (from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027) through the E-Baldia E-Auction System. The auction will be conducted online, and interested parties must register and upload their documents on the E-Baldia portal (cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk) at least two days before the auction date. The auction will be held in the office of the TMO, TMA Dera Ismail Khan. Items being auctioned: - Sain Board Fee Collection Rights for the period 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027 (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,95,000, Government Bid: Rs. 79,00,000) The successful bidder will be required to deposit 45% of the total bid amount within three days, and an additional 5% as TMA share. The remaining 50% must be paid in three equal monthly installments. Earnest money and bid security must be submitted as per the auction terms. Only those bidders who fulfill the eligibility criteria and submit the required documents, including valid CNIC, NTN, and proof of tax compliance, will be allowed to participate. The auction will be conducted on 24-08-2026 and 26-08-2026, starting at 09:00 AM and closing at 04:00 PM.
