Tender Description
SME Leasing Limited invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction and sale of a commercial shop located in Gulshan-e-Amin Plaza, KDA Scheme No-16, F.B Area Karachi. The property includes Shop No. SC 20 & 70 (front and back attached) measuring 316 square feet on the ground floor, built on Plot no. SB-LA-3, NoD-3/SB-1, Block 21. The sale is on an "as is where is basis".

The auction involves the sale of commercial real estate property in a prime Karachi location. Bidders must submit a bank draft or pay order as surety/earnest money amounting to Rs. 100,000 in favor of SME Leasing Ltd. This amount is refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Auction of Commercial Shop F.B Area Karachi" and "Confidential". The bid should include a copy of CNIC, complete address, and contact details. If the bidder is a company or firm, the bid must be signed by an authorized representative.

SME Leasing Ltd reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
