AUCTION: Sale of Material, Parts, Machinery, Oil, Cable on As is Where is Basis

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. ACM Group of Industries, located in Hattar Industrial Estate, is inviting closed envelope bids for the auction of surplus material, parts, machinery, oil, cable and related items on an As is, Where is basis. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire a diverse range of industrial assets directly from the company's premises in Hattar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being auctioned: - Material (various types, as available) - Parts (industrial and machinery parts) - Machinery (used, surplus, or obsolete) - Oil (industrial oil, as available) - Cable (various types and lengths) All items are offered strictly on an As is, Where is basis, meaning bidders are responsible for examining the condition of goods before bidding. Interested parties may visit the site for inspection until August 13, 2026, during office hours. For coordination, Mr. Shahid Nazir will be available at the premises and can be contacted at +92-995-617262. A non-refundable bank draft of PKR 5,000 is required to participate. The successful bidder must deposit 35 percent of the bid amount upfront, with the balance payable before lifting the items. All items must be removed from the premises within 7 days of award. Any additional costs such as freight, loading, unloading, or dismantling will be borne by the winning party. Bids must be submitted in closed envelopes to ACM Group of Industries, Plot 20, 21, 22, Industrial Estate, Phase 3, Hattar, before the deadline of August 17, 2026. If the auction is not completed on the specified date, proceedings will continue the next day.
