Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
SME Bank Ltd (In Official Liquidation) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction and sale of office premises property located at Plot No. B-9-B/3, Site Area, Karachi. The property includes Ground & Mezzanine Floor measuring 3,294 Sq. ft. The auction is being conducted under the direction of the Hon'ble Islamabad High Court and is subject to its confirmation.
Items being auctioned:
- Office Premises Property at Plot No. B-9-B/3, Karachi (Ground & Mezzanine Floor, 3,294 Sq. ft.)
Interested bidders can obtain further details and ownership documents from Mr. Rashid-ul-Ghafoor, In-Charge Service Division, SME Bank Ltd. (IOL) Head Office, Islamabad. Bidders must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order for earnest money of Rs. 3 million in favor of SME Bank Ltd. along with their bid. The earnest money is refundable to unsuccessful bidders within 60 days of bid opening.
Sealed bids must be submitted by post or by hand on or before November 05, 2026, up to 03:30 pm. Bids will be opened the same day at 04:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 'Bid for Auction of Karachi Property' and 'Confidential'. Bidders must include a copy of CNIC, complete address, and phone/cell numbers. If bidding on behalf of a company or firm, the bid must be signed by an authorized representative.
Failure to comply with payment schedules or earnest money requirements will result in rejection of the bid. SME Bank Ltd. reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per relevant PPRA rules. Terms and conditions are available on the PPRA website and SME Bank Ltd. website.
