AUCTION: Sale of PARC National Agricultural Research Centre Vehicles Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC), located on Park Road Islamabad, invites Pakistani nationals to participate in an open auction for the sale of various vehicles on an "as is - where is" basis. The auction will be conducted exclusively online via EPADS Version 2.0, and no physical bids will be accepted. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS platform and submit earnest money in the form of Pay Orders separately for each vehicle. Original Pay Orders must be physically submitted to the Directorate of Procurement, NARC before the closing date and time. Items being auctioned include a diverse fleet of vehicles and motorcycles with details as follows: - Toyota Hilux Pick Up 1990 - Nissan Bus 2007 (2 units) - Mazda Pickup 1995 - Suzuki Jeep 1986 - Nissan Petrol 1992 - Toyota Pick Up 1995 - Toyota Pick Up 1993 - Suzuki Jeep 1996 - Toyota Land Cruiser 1985 - Suzuki Bolan 1994 - Hero Motorcycles (various models and years) - Suzuki GS-150 Motorcycle 2007 - Yamaha Motorcycles 1993-1995 - Honda CG 125 Motorcycles 1981 and 1986 Each vehicle has a specified reserve price and earnest money requirement, with token tax status and modal years provided. Inspection of vehicles is allowed at NARC premises from 26-08-2026 to 04-09-2026 during working hours. Bidders are advised to physically inspect vehicles as no condition information will be provided over the phone. The auction process includes payment of 30% of the bid amount within two working days and the remaining 70% within seven working days after the auction. Taxes including GST and income tax will be added to the bid price. Transfer of ownership and all related taxes or penalties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Vehicles will be handed over only after full payment and completion of administrative procedures. The closing date for bid submission is 10-09-2026 at 10:30 am, with evaluation and opening at 11:00 am the same day. Bidders must ensure timely submission of earnest money and bids on EPADS. Failure to comply with terms may result in forfeiture of earnest money and disqualification from future auctions.
