AUCTION: Sale of Standard Chartered Bank Used Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited (SCBPL) invites bids for the sale of its used vehicles on an 'As is Where is Basis'. Interested parties may inspect the vehicles at SCBPL offices from 19th October 2026 to 23rd October 2026 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The vehicles available include: - Toyota Altis 1.6 (2018) Registration BNZ 298, BNX 788, BNX 791, BNZ 316, BNX 792, LE-19-4891 - Toyota Corolla GLI 1.3 (2018) Registration BNN 670, BNN 682, BY-563, LEC-18-7210 - Toyota Corolla GLI 1.3 (2016) Registration BNN 685 - Honda Civic (2016) Registration BFE 057 - Suzuki Wagon R (2016) Registration BFR 599 - Land Cruiser (Armored Vehicle) (2008) Registration BD-9745 - Toyota Altis 1.6 (2018) Registration LE-19-4890 - Honda CD-70 Bike (2005) Registration LWA-3069, LWA-3067 Bidders must submit offers including the amount, vehicle make, model, registration number, along with their name, address, telephone/cell number, CNIC copy, and a Pay Order for 10% earnest money of the offered amount favoring Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited. Offers must be sealed and clearly marked 'Offer to buy Vehicle Registration no(s)'. Cross cheque earnest money will not be accepted. Bids without earnest money pay orders will be rejected. Successful bidders will be notified within 15 days of bid opening. Award letters will be issued with instructions to deposit the balance amount within 5 working days. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and forfeiture of earnest money. Vehicles will be handed over after realization of proceeds within a week. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within 15 working days. All government dues, taxes, levies, charges, and duties are the buyer's responsibility. Advance Tax at 10% of the gross sale price will be collected as per section 236A. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Bids should be submitted to SCBPL Karachi Head Office, SCBPL Lahore office at 27 Ali Block, New Garden Town, CRES Department, and SCBPL Rawalpindi office at 55 Haider Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi by 30th October 2026. Tender bids will be opened on Friday, 6th November 2026. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your earnest money pay order is correctly prepared and submitted with your bid to avoid disqualification.
